‎“Al-Jouf Water” profits up to SR6 mln during 2022, by 22%‎

The net profit after zakat and tax for the Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. grew to 6 million riyals during the year 2022 AD, compared to 5 million riyals in the year 2021 AD, at a rate of 22%. This came after today’s announcement of the annual financial results ending on 12-31-2022.

The operational profit amounted to 7 million riyals during the year ending in 2022, compared to 5 million riyals in the previous year, an increase of 31%.

As for gross profit, it amounted to 31 million riyals during the year ending in 2022, compared to 34 million riyals in the previous year, a decline of 11%.

Earnings per share in the current year amounted to 1.83 riyals, compared to 1.88 riyals in the previous year.

The reason for the increase in the net profit in the current year compared to the previous year by 22.06% is due to the increase in the sales value by 9.39%, in addition to relying very much on the retail and homes sector, despite the increase in the cost of raw materials mainly, but the dependence on the two sectors led to an increase The selling price of the product, and therefore the sales value, in addition to the reduction of selling and distribution expenses, as well as general and administrative expenses

The company said that some numbers for the comparative period have been reclassified to agree with the offer for the current period.
