Tihama announces postponement of GA meeting to increase capital due to lack of quorum

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company announced on Monday the non-convenience of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, including the capital raise of the company on 26-02-2023 (the first meeting) and (the second meeting) after an hour from the first meeting, at JW Marriott (Burg Rafal) and through modern technology means using the Tadawulaty system, due to the lack of a quorum required for the meeting to be held, as the attendance for the first meeting was (9.19%) and the attendance for the second meeting was. (9.32%).

The company said today on Tadawul that the company will later invite the third meeting to be held with the shareholders who attended.

If the shareholders of the company agree at the EGAM to increase the capital, Shareholders who own shares on the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly convening, which decided to increase the capital by issuing priority rights shares, and whose names appear in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the Extraordinary General Assembly, will be eligible to subscribe.
