Tadweeer BOD to split nominal value of share from SAR 10 to SAR 1, capital unchanged

National Environmental Recycling Co. “Tadweeer” announced on Sunday that the Board of directors recommendation resolution dated 3 Shaaban 1444H, corresponding to 23 Feb 2023, to split its nominal value of share from (10) ten Saudi Riyal to (1) one Saudi Riyal while the company capital remains the same with no change, however, the total number of its shares will become fifty-eight million and eighty thousand (58,080,000) share instead of five million eight hundred and eight thousand (5,808,000) share, accordance with procedures and controls stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, and completion of side procedures.

The company said today on “Tadawul” that it will announce any material developments, if any, at the time.
