SABIC Agri-nutrients announces resignation of Walid Alissa, Audit Committee Member

SABIC Agri-nutrients Company announces the resignation of Audit Committee member Dr. Walid Mohammed Alissa based on the royal decree appointing him as a member of the Board of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
Accordingly, SABIC Agri-nutrients Company would like to announce that the Board of Directors accepted his resignation from the membership of the Board Audit Committee effective 28 February 2023.
On this occasion, the Board of Directors of SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. Walid Mohammed Alissa for his valuable efforts and active contributions during his membership in the Board of Directors and its committees, which had an impact on the success of the company.
