MIS signs MoU with the Ministry of National Guard

Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced on Wednesday that, within the framework of its expansion and development strategy, it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of National Guard with the aim of providing a general framework to facilitate cooperation between the two parties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Memorandum duration is one year from the date of signature and automatically renewed for a similar period of one Gregorian year until terminated by either party.
This memorandum of understanding aims to enhance and sustain Cooperation between the two parties in establishing a strategic partnership based on the principles of reciprocity and integration – in their fields of expertise related to providing comprehensive solutions for information and communication technology, as well as providing services and solutions for Al Moammar Information Systems Company.
The Company said Today on Tadawul that the financial impact of this memorandum cannot be determined, knowing that the company will announce developments in this regard later.
This memorandum of understanding is related to the agreement between the Ministry of National Guard and Al Moammar Information Systems Company for strategic cooperation in the field of information technology, and each party will initially have the following scope of work:
1. Al Moammar Information Systems Company will support the digital transformation journey of the Ministry of National Guard based on its experience in this field, and benefit from the trends of new technologies, including but not limited to the following: 1.1 Data Centre Strategy.
1.2 Information security.
1.3 New Emerging Technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Smart Government Communication, Big Data, and Data Analysis, Cloud Computing…etc.
1.4 Developing human capabilities and making optimal use of the capabilities in the Ministry of National Guard.
1.5 Redefining User Experiences, Activating Innovation, Launching Activating Innovation and Building Data Capabilities in the Ministry of National Guard, and reviewing customer satisfaction measurement.
1.6 Developing the skills of individuals and creating a culture that embraces change and innovation, benefiting from proven methodologies, accelerating development, modernizing processes, and accelerating service delivery.
1.7 Participation in supporting the development of information technology and the architecture of technical solutions.
