Makkah Construction & Development approves appointment of Ibrahim Al-Subaie as member of BOD

The Board of Directors of Makkah Construction and Development Company announced on Tuesday the results of voting on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly (35th) meeting (first meeting), held on 20.02.2023.

Results of Voting:

Approval on the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie as a (non-executive) member of the Board of Directors, starting from the date of his appointment on 05/12/2022 to complete the session of the Board until the end date of the current session on 09/06/2023, to succeed the previous member, Mr. Abdulrahman Abdulqader Muhammad Fakih (non-executive).
