Ma’aden BOD recommends not distributing cash dividends for 2022

Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) announced on Monday that BOD recommends that no cash dividends will be distributed for the year 2022. It explained that the Board’s decision is based on the Company’s need to continue funding its strategic growth plan and partnership projects.
The company said today on Tadawul that the Board recommendation to not distribute cash dividends for the year 2022 shall be presented to the next General Assembly Meeting for endorsement.
