Jahez announces transfers of 1.25 mln of Alamat shares to shareholders portfolios

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology (Jahez) announced that a portion of its shares owned by one of the main shareholders, Alamat Company, amounting to one million two hundred fifty-one thousand and eight hundred eighty shares (1,251,880) representing (11.932%) of Jahez have been transferred to the Alamat Company shareholders portfolios, which also resulted in a change in the list of substantial shareholders of Jahez on Tadawul website.
This comes with reference to the announcement made by Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (Jahez) on 30-01-2023 on receiving a letter from Alamat International Company (“The Company”) stating the intention of the Company to transfer a portion of its shares in Jahez numbered one million two hundred fifty-one thousand and eight hundred eighty shares (1,251,880) representing (11.932%) of Jahez to its current shareholders prorate with their ownership of Alamat Company.
