HMG: Nasser Al-Huqbani resigns from his membership in BOD and Executive Committee

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group Company (HMG) announced on Monday that the approval of the HMG Board of Directors on 12 February 2023 by circular the resignation submitted on 12 February 2023 (21 Rajab 1444H) by the board member Mr. Nasser Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Huqbani (Non-executive Board Member) from HMG’s Board membership and executive committee membership due to his personal reasons, and the resignation shall be effective from 15 February 2023.
The Board of Directors “extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Nasser Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Huqbani for his services and contributions to the progress of HMG during his tenure as a Board Member, wishing him continued success.”
