Al-Khorayef opens nominations for BOD membership ‎

Al-Khorayef Company for Water and Energy Technology announced to the shareholders that it has opened the door for candidacy for membership of the company’s Board of Directors for the next term, which starts from 05/22/2023 AD, and for a period of three Gregorian years ending on 05/21/2026 AD.

And according to the statement published on “Tadawul”, the nomination for membership of the Board of Directors will take place, from February 21 to March 22, according to the provisions contained in the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the company’s system. The basic policy and criteria for membership in the company’s board of directors, which are approved by the general assembly

The Board of Directors will also be elected for the new session at the General Assembly meeting, which will be announced later, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
