Batic Investments and Logistics Company announced on Sunday that its subsidiary (Batic Real Estate Company) has received on Thursday February 02, 2023, an approval by the Municipality of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah Region for the Al-Khuzama scheme owned by it, and located in Mitan – Al-Muthainib neighborhood in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
The Company said on Tadawul that It is difficult to determine the expected date of completion of this event at this time, and the financial impact will be disclosed at a later date.
This comes With reference to the announcement of Batic Investments and Logistics Company on Tadawul‘s website on May 30, 2022, about the purchase made by its subsidiary (Batic Real Estate Company) of a raw land in Al-Madina Al-Munawarah, with a total area of 229,796.59 square meters.
