Saudi Advanced announces appointment of Board Members

Saudi Advanced Industries Co. announces the Board of Members’ approval of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation to appoint, Mr. FAISAL ABDULLAH Al-MASHOUH and MR. AHMED ABDULRAHMAN AL RABIAH (independent members) Board Members to occupy the board’s vacant seats in the board completion of its cycle on 30/05/2025 AD.

It is worth noting that Mr. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Mashouh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Qassim University and a law diploma from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He has experience in several fields and is a consultant for several family joint stock companies Commercial arbitration for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Mr. Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Rabeeah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals

He has practical experience for 10 years in various companies, during which he held high management positions. He made many successful deals and investments.

Board Approval May not be Deemed Final, this Appointment Shall Be Put before the First General Assembly Meeting for Approval.
