Rawasi Alpina Investment appoints Marzouq Al-Otaibi and Abdulaziz Al-Faqih as members of BOD

Rawasi Al-Binaa Investment Company announces the appointment of Mr. Marzouq Mutaib Mutlaq Al-Otaibi as a member of the Board of Directors (independent) and Mr. Abdulaziz Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Faqih as a member of the Board of Directors (independent) for the Vacancies position in the Board to continue the term that will end in 12/09/ 2023.
It is worth noting that Mr. Marzouq Meteb Mutlaq Al-Otaibi holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in security sciences from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences He has experience in technology and management with several companies.
But, Mr. / Abdulaziz Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Faqih, specializing in business administration, has 30 years of experience in managing development for several companies, and he occupied the position of advisor to the chairman of the Saudi Telecom Group.
