Northern Region Cement announces appointment of a Board ‎Member

Northern Region Cement Co. announces the decision of its Board of Directors on 09/01/2023 to appoint a new member to fill the vacant seat in the Board of Directors to complete its current term, which ends on the date of 15/03/2023.

Eng. Alubaid participated in the management and development of a number industrial projects over the past twenty years in Aramco, SABIC and other companies. His experience included project development, operations, financing and acquisition. He is also a board member in a number of private companies.

He completed his engineering degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree in business administration as well as a master’s degree in finance at the University of Denver, USA.

Board Approval May not be Deemed Final, this Appointment Shall Be Put before the First General Assembly Meeting for Approval.

Eng. Ahmad Abdulrhman Al Ubaid was appointed to succeed the resigned member, Dr. Abdulrhman Saleh Al Ubaid.
