Announces the approval of the Board of Directors by circulation on the resignation of the member of the Board Dr. Abdulrhman Saleh Al Ubaid (Independent member).He submitted his resignation on Tuesday, 03-01-2023 due to his Private Reasons. And alternate board member will be appointed at a later date.
