MIS to establish private companies, adopt MIS PAY brand for Al-Tamayouz Company for Application Solutions

The Board of Directors of Al-Moammar Information Systems Company, in its capacity as the owner of the capital, decided to adopt the brand MIS PAY to be the trademark of Al-Tamayouz Company for Application Solutions for Information Technology, MIS FORWARD. The necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
The Board of Directors also decided to start procedures for establishing companies for the following services:
A company specializing in the E-marketplace (MIS home)
A company specializing in open banking, whose services will be launched upon obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant authorities. Note that the products were previously developed by MIS Forward.
A reference to the announcement of Al-Moammar Information Systems (MIS) Company on Tadawul about the latest developments for its announcement on 12-26-2021 regarding the completion of obtaining approvals and licenses to commence work in the subsidiary, Al-Tamayouz Company for Application Solutions for Information Technology, MIS FORWARD.
