Lubna Olayan Reappointed as SABB Chair of BOD, and Saad Al-Fadly as Deputy Chairman

The Saudi British Bank (SABB) Announces on Wednesday, the SAMA Non-Objection has been received to appoint Lubna bint Sulaiman Al-Olayan as Chair of BOD for the term that began on January 1, 2023, for a period of three years, and ends on December 31, 2025.
The administration said today on “Tadawul” that the SAMA Non-Objection has been received to appoint Saad bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli as deputy chairman of the board during the same period.
Reference to the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Saudi British Bank convened on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, that included electing a new Board of Directors for the new term of three years, which started on January 01, 2023, and ends on December 31, 2025.
