Jabal Omar receives ZATCA notification to execute Tax Violations decision for SR357 mln

Jabal Omar Development Company announced that it received, on Monday, 23 January 2023, a notification from ZATCA to execute the decision issued by Tax Violations and Disputes Appellate Committee for the years 2013 to 2018, amounting to SR 357 million.
The company said on Tadawul today that in accordance with the GSTC’s laws and regulations, JODC has filed a request with the Committee for reconsideration of its decision. The company will announce any material developments in this regard.
The company had recorded in its financial statements ending 30 September 2022 a provision for zakat amounting to SR 133 million for the above-mentioned years
