Data for the Iraqi state oil marketing company (SOMO) showed today, Tuesday, that Iraq produced 4.43 million barrels per day of crude in December, unchanged from the previous month.
According to the figures, Iraqi production is in line with the country’s share under its agreement with the OPEC + group for the month of December, according to Reuters.
The data showed that the increase in exports from the Kurdistan region of Iraq, which enjoys a form of autonomy, was offset by a decrease in the operating rates of refineries.
