Hassan Balubaid resigns from APICO board, Azhar Kenji replaces him

Arabian Plastic Industrial company announced on Sunday that the board of directors had accepted the appointment of Eng. Azhar Medo Mohyaldeen Kenji, as a new independent board member and has also accepted the resignation of the non-executive board member, Mr. Hassan Omar Abubakr Balubaid, due to his work obligations.
Eng. Azhar enjoys extensive industry experience. He has served in leadership roles for major players in the plastic industry in Saudi Arabia.
The Chairman and members of the board thanked Mr. Hassan for his efforts during his membership and wished him all the best.
