Enma Alrawabi signs lease contract with ESNAD for SR 45,7 mln

Enma Alrawabi Company announced on Tuesday the conclusion of a lease contract for a commercial building in Takhassusi St in the Olaya District in Riyadh with the Saudi Mining Services Company (ESNAD) for a period of (5) years from the date of 05/15/2023 AD, with a total value of (45,712,500) forty-five million, seven hundred and twelve thousand and five hundred riyals, including value tax.

Today on “Tadawal “, the Company said that increasing the annual income of the company by (2,100,000) Saudi riyals for each of the first three years of the contract, and by (3,225,000) Saudi riyals for each of the last two years of the contract, and the impact of this increase will be reflected in the first half of the year 2023. In due course, the company will announce any material developments related to the lease contract and the project.
