Cenomi Centers distributes SR 356.25 million cash dividends for first half ended 30-Sep-2022

Arabian Centres Co. (“Cenomi Centers” or the “Company”) announced on Monday its Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the first half ended on 30-Sep-2022, with a total amount of SR 356.25 million, provided that the share from the distribution is 0.75 riyals with 7.50 % percentage of dividend to the share par value.
The company said on “Tadawul” that the number of shares Eligible for Dividends is 475 million shares, and it was decided that the distribution date will be February 12, 2023.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the close of trading on 22-Jan-2023, who are registered in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The distribution will be through SABB branches by direct bank transfer to shareholders’ bank accounts linked to their portfolios. For the shareholders who own investment portfolios linked with bank accounts that do not accept bank transfers, they must go to any SABB branch along with their National ID (for Saudis) or Iqama (for no Saudis) to collect their dividends directly from the bank. ACC urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank account numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends.
The company said, “We would like to draw the attention to the non-resident foreign investors that the dividend paid by the Company is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer to the non-resident investor or credit to its account according to the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of the Implementing Regulations.”
