Bupa Arabia deposits fractions shares sale proceeds arising out of capital increase into shareholders’ portfolios

Bupa Arabia for cooperative insurance announces the deposit of the fraction shares sale proceeds arising out of the capital increase into shareholders’ portfolios on Thursday, 12 January, in addition to the Fractional Shares Sales Revenue is SAR 2,477,883, and the average selling price per share is SAR 145.95. The Company also said today on Tadawul that the number of Sold Shares amounted to 16977 Shares.
As explained, The Saudi British Bank (SABB) will deposit the proceeds for the eligible shareholders in their bank accounts linked to their investment portfolios.
