Bahri announces starting of Electronic Voting on General Assembly Agenda items

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announced on Tuesday the starting date of the Electronic Voting on the Agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which will start at 01:00 AM, Wednesday 11-01-2023. It will continue until the end of the Ordinary General assembly time.
The registration is available to all shareholders through Tadawulaty system.

Reference to the announcement of National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) on Tadawul website dated 25-12-2022, regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting) which will be held on Sunday 15-01-2023 at 06:30 PM via modern technology.
