Alinma Tokio appoints Yaqeen Capital as financial advisor for proposed merger with Arabian Shield

Alinma Tokio Marine announced the appointment of Yaqeen Financial Company as a financial advisor for the proposed merger with Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company to assess the feasibility of merging the two companies.

With reference to the announcement of Alinma Tokio Marine Co. (the “Company”) on Tadawul dated 14-12-2022, related to the announcement of the Company that it had signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. on13-12-2022, in order to assess the feasibility of merging the two companies.
