Alinma REIT Retail Fund completes acquisition, transfer of a building (office/commercial) in Riyadh

Alinma Investment would like to announce the transfer of a building (office/commercial) in Riyadh to Alinma Retail REIT Fund. As the legal and technical procedures were completed successfully. The purchase price is SR 52 million (RETT is not included) and Brokerage fees is SR 500,000, which was funded through the available banking facility for Alinma Retail REIT Fund.

The company said today on “Tadawul” that it is expected that the acquisition results will be positive on Alinma Retail REIT Fund’s financial performance during the coming period.
