Al Othaim Markets BOD announces resignation of Muwaffaq Jamal, appointment of Bandar Albohiry as BOD member

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company announced on Sunday its Board of Directors’ approval accepting the resignation of Mr. Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal from his membership of the Board of Directors, its approval of appointing of Mr. Bandar Sulaiman Albohiry as a member of the Board of Directors instead of the resigned member.
The Board of Directors extends its thanks and gratitude to Mr. Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal for his distinguished efforts during his membership, and wishes to Mr. Bandar Sulaiman Albohiry all the success in his position as a member in the Board.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University – KSA in 2001G. He has accumulated experience of more than (20) years in several areas, including financial management, internal auditing, strategic planning, investment and corporate governance.
In addition he assumes a membership on many of boards of directors and committees in many companies
