Abdulmohsen AlOthman appointed Takween Chairman of BOD, Saleh AlAfaleq Vice Chairman

Takween Advanced Company Co. Announced on Thursday the results of the Board of Directors in the Thirteenth Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), held on Wednesday 04/01/2023.

The Election Results:

Approving the election of the members of Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next three-year session, which begins on 21\01\2023 and ends on 20\01\2026.

as follows:

– Abdulmohsen Mohammed AlOthman

– Saleh Hassan AlAfaleq

– Jameel Abullah AlMolhem

– Hassan bin Issam Qabbani

– Ibrahim Youssef Al-Mubarak

– Khaled bin Nasser Al-Muammar

The company also announced the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Abdulmohsen Mohammed AlOthman as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, to appoint Mr. Saleh Hassan AlAfaleq as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr.Jameel Abullah AlMolhem ( Managing Director ) (Executive ), and form committees according to the following members:
