‎“Jahez”: ‎‏ ‏Major shareholder to transfer some of his shares to ‎the company’s partners

Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology (Jahez) announced that it had received a letter stating that one of the main shareholders, Alamat International, intends to transfer a number of its shares to the company’s partners.

The company said in a statement on “Tadawul”, today, Monday, that “Alamat International” intends to transfer part of the “Jahez” shares owned by the company, which number (1,251,880) shares, representing (11.932%) of the “Jahez” capital, and deposit it in The investment portfolios of the current partners of Alamat Company according to their current ownership percentages, which will result in a change in the list of major owners in “Jahez”.

 “Jahez” confirmed in the statement that it would announce later any material developments in this regard.
