Watheeq Capital extends offering period and publishing supplementary prospectus related to offering shares of Saudi Top for Trading in parallel market

Watheeq Capital, in its capacity as the financial advisor to the “Saudi Top for Trading Company”, announced on Thursday the extension of the offering period and the publication of the supplementary prospectus related to offering (880,000) ordinary shares representing (22%) of the company’s total shares (the “Offering”) and listing in the Parallel Market.
Thus, the offering period will be from Sunday 27/11/2022 to Thursday 12/08/2022.
