Tokyo stocks end lower
Tokyo stocks ended lower on Monday, tracking Wall Street falls, on renewed fears that the Federal Reserve will continue to aggressively counter inflation, AFP reported.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index was down 0.21 percent, or 58.68 points, to end at 27,842.33, while the broader Topix index lost 0.22 percent, or 4.23 points, at 1,957.33.
