Tihama: Ruling by Administrative Court regarding rejection of lawsuit against Riyadh Municipality repealed

The Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company announced on Wednesday that it has received a letter from the company’s lawyer stating that a ruling was issued by the Administrative Court of Appeal in Riyadh on 06-12-2022 accepting the company’s appeal and canceling the ruling issued by the Administrative Court in Riyadh and the judiciary to reject the company’s lawsuit against the municipality.
The company said on a statement on Tadawul on Wednesday that after receiving the verdict deed, which is scheduled on 21-12-2022, and in coordination with the company’s lawyer, the company will study the verdict and its reasons, and determine the next steps based on the above. The company will announce any material developments in this regard.
This comes with reference to the announcement of Tihama Advertising and Public Relations and Marketing Company on the Tadawul on 27-02-2022 regarding the ruling issued by the Administrative Court in Riyadh rejecting the company’s lawsuit against the Municipality and The company’s announcement on Tadawul dated 27-03-2022 regarding submission of an appeal against the ruling rejecting the company’s lawsuit against the Municipality.
