TIBBIYAH subsidiary signs contract for purchase, supply of medical devices at of SR36.4 mln

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (TIBBIYAH) announced on Wednesday that Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co; a subsidiary company owned 100% by “TIBBIYAH”, signs off a Contract (Sell, Supply and install of Medical Devices) of 36,444,228 Saudi Riyals with National United Procurement Company (NUPCO) under the Tender NPT0052/20 pertaining the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of medical devices as per the Contract specifications, terms and conditions.
The contract duration is 131 days. The financial impact on the company’s financial results will appear Starting in the Second Half of 2022.
