Tadawul approves Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a ‎Class Already Listed worth SR4.69 bln

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (4,698,970,000) detailed as follow:

1. Increase in issuance 2020-07-12 (Tadawul code: 5302) by SAR 4,093,960,000 to reach a total of SAR 12,043,960,000.
2. Increase in issuance 2022-03-15 (Tadawul code: 5323) by SAR 605,010,000 to reach a total of SAR 15,763,933,000.

Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 22/12/2022.
