SNB announces capital increase process procedures with Credit Suisse, bank becomes owner of 9.88% of group shares

SNB announced on Sunday the completion of the transaction and a shareholding of 9.88% has been achieved on 09 December 2022.

Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate and as required under applicable laws and regulations.

This comes with reference to the announcement made by the Saudi National Bank (SNB) on 27 October 2022 in relation to the participation in the capital raising exercise by Credit Suisse Group AG.
