Saudi Fisheries BOD decides to use fair value ‎model or re-‎evaluation to measure investment properties

The Saudi Fisheries Company declares that the Board of Directors’ decision ‎was issued on 27-12-2022 AD by using the fair value model or re-‎evaluation to measure investment properties.‎

Note that the projected fiscal impact for net assets will be shown through ‎the re-evaluation process. The fiscal impact will be in the results of the ‎second quarter of 2023 AD. ‎

The Company indicates that the use of the new accounting policy does not ‎result in a cash flow within the company.‎
