Saudi Exchange approves amended glossary of defined terms ‎used in exchange, market

The Saudi Exchange announces that the Capital Market Authority’s Board has issued its resolution number (1-98-2022) Dated 18/02/1444H corresponding to 14/09/2022G approving the following:

• The amended Glossary of Defined Terms used in the Exchange Rules (the “Glossary”). (click here)

• Market Making Regulations. (click here)

• Market Making Procedures. (click here)

The Market Making Regulations and Procedures aim to regulate the Market Making activities on the Equity and Derivatives markets, which intends to ensure the availability of liquidity and increase price formation efficiency in the Saudi capital market.

It should be noted that the Glossary and the Market Making Regulations and Procedures shall be effective starting from its publishing date.
