Sadr BOD recommends not distributing cash dividends of 2022 to support financial position
Sadr Logistics Co. announced Tuesday the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2022.
This recommendation will be presented for voting during the next general assembly meeting of the Company, the date of which will be determined later after taking approval from official authorities.
