Riyad Bank announces appointing new BOD member

The Bank announces that the Board approved the appointment of Eng. Abdulrahman Ismail Tarabzouni as a member of the Board of Directors, in the vacant position in the Board to continue the current Board term that will end on 30/10/2025, after obtaining the Saudi Central Bank’s non-objection on 25/05/1444 corresponding to 19/12/2022.

Board Approval May not be Deemed Final, this Appointment Shall Be Put before the First General Assembly Meeting for Approval.

Tarabzouni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, and has extensive experience in the field of financial technology.
