Raoom BOD decides to distribute SR6.2 mln cash dividends for ‎H1‎

The Board of Directors of Raoom Trading Company decided on 06/03/1444 AH corresponding to 12/27/2022 AD to distribute SR 6.2 million cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2022 AD, with percentage of dividend to the share par value at 10%.

The company added that the number of shares due for profits is 6.2 million shares, at 1 riyal per share, provided that the eligibility for dividends is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Thursday corresponding to 12-29-2022 AD and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second The trading day following the maturity date, and the distribution date corresponds to 01-09-2023 AD.
