Petro Rabigh Oks amending article related to profit distribution ‎

The Board of Directors of Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (“PRC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly’s Meeting (first meeting), which was held at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, 19/5/1444H (corresponding to 13/12/2022G). The meeting was held using modern technology features.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

1. Approve the amendment of Article (3) of the Company’s bylaws relating to (Objectives of the Company).
2. Approve the amendment of Article (46) of the Company’s bylaws relating to (Distribution of Profits).
