Mouwasat GA approves election of 7 members to BOD

The Board of Directors of Mouwasat Medical Services announced on Sunday the results of the AGM (First Meeting).
Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1. Approval of the election of the members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the new session of 3 years starting from 4th Jan 2023 and ending on 3rd Jan 2026 and they are:

Mr. Mohammed Sultan Alsubaie

2. Approval of the formation of the Audit Committee as well as the Audit Committee’s Charter for the new session of 3 years starting from 4th Jan 2023 and ending on 3rd Jan 2026, With the membership of:

B. Dr. Sami Abdulkarim Al Abdulkarim
C. Dr. Mohammed Hamad Alkathiri
3. Disapproval on the participation of the candidate Mr. Aziz Mohammed Algahtani in a competitive business due to his membership in the Board of Directors of Al Hammadi Holding Company in the event of his election
