Knowledge City expects completion of Al-Alyaa Project ‎Infrastructure Work by Feb 28th ‎

Further to the Knowledge Economic City the (Company) announcement on 31 July 2022 about the expected date to finalize Infrastructure Work of Al-Alyaa Suburb Project as per the Signed contract with Musaad Al-Mutairi and Partner Company is expected to be on 31 Dec 2022, the Company announces the new expected date to finalize remaining work per the said work is on 28 Feb 2023.

Reasons for Exceeding the Announced End Date: Shortage in required manpower by the contractor to execute part of the works, and the revised announced contract value remains unchanged (SAR 31M).
