Hail Cement BOD approves SR24 mln cash dividend distribution ‎for H2‎

Hail Cement Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors on 05/19/1444 AH corresponding to 12/13/2022 AD to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2022 AD, with a total amount distributed of 24,101,630.5 riyals, provided that the share of the share from the distribution is 0.25 riyals for each shares, with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 2.5%

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 96,406,522 shares, and that the distribution date will be on Monday 06-2-1444 AH corresponding to 12-26-2022 AD.

It was decided that the eligibility date will be on Thursday 05/21/1444 AH corresponding to 12/15/2022 AD, provided that the eligibility is for the shareholders who own shares on the due date and are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date. ‏

The company added that the distribution will be through direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios of the shareholders, and the company calls upon the shareholders to update their data with the banks with their accounts to ensure that their profits due in the future are directly deposited.
