Gulf Union Al Ahlia GA approves election of 7 members to BOD

Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Thursday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held on Wednesday evening, 30/11/2022 through modern technology.
The percentage of attending shareholders for the meeting reached (43.32354%).
The voting on the meeting agenda was done using Tadawulaty Platform only.
The Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:
1- Approval on the Election of the Board of Directors Members from among the candidates for the membership of the Board for the next new term, starting from 17/12/2022 and for a term of three Gregorian years ending on 16/12/2025, of Seven members as follow: –
1. Sheikh. Abdulaziz Ali Al Turki
2. Mr. Munir Hashim Al Borno
3. Mr. Majed Shatti Al Dhefiri
4. Mr. Ahmed Sulaiman Al Muzaini
5. Mr. Zaid Abdullah Al Yaeesh
6. Mr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Katheer
7. Mr. Abdullah Abdulrahman Abdulwahab
2- Approval on the Formation of the Audit Committee for the next new term, starting from 17/12/2022 and for a term of three Gregorian years ending on 16/12/2025, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members. The following are the names of the Audit Committee Members.

– Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Mukhem – Committee Member
