GASCO appoints Abdulaziz Al Khayyal as BOD Chairman and Ali AlSaflan as his Vice-Chairman

National Gas and Industrialization Co. announced on Monday the decision of the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11/12/2022, which includes the selection of the Chairman of Board of directors, Vice-Chairman and the formation of committees as follows:

First: Appointing Eng. Abdulaziz Fahad Al Khayyal as the Chairman of the Board of Directors

Second: Appointing Mr. Ali Mohammed AlSaflan as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Third: Formation of the Executive Committee from the following members:

• Abdulaziz Fahad Al Khayyal
• Ali Mohammed AlSaflan
• Mohammed Hamad Al Kathiri
• Abdulrahman Abdulaziz bin Sulaiman

Fourth: Formation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee from the following members:

• Turki Abdullah Al Jawini ( Chairman of the Committee)
• Abdulaziz Fahad Al Khayyal
• Ali Mohammed AlSaflan
• Bakr Abdulrahman Al Muhanna

Fifth: Formation of the Investment Committee from the following members:

• Bakr Abdulrahman Al Muhanna
• Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mohsen
• Saad Abdulaziz Alhoqail

Sixth: Formation of the Risk Management Committee from the following members:

• Raed Abdullah Al Tamimi
• Ibrahim Hamad Abdullah AlRashid
• Mohammed Hamad Al Kathiri
• Ahmed Abdullah Al Munif – an External member of the bord of directors.

A recommendation to the general assembly of the company to form an Audit Committee, and voted for the following candidates to be members of the committee:

• Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mohsen
• Raed Abdullah Al Tamimi
• Fahad Yousef Al Khamis – an External member of the bord of directors.
• Mousa Abdullah Al Mousa – an External member of the bord of directors.
