FADECO announces start of E-Vote on GA meeting agenda ‎

A reference to the announcement of Arabian Food and Dairy Factory (FADECO) on the Tadawul website on 12/07/2022 regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (the first and second meeting which will be an hour after the first) which is scheduled to be held at 19:00 on Wednesday 04/06/1444 corresponding to 12/28/2022 at the company’s headquarters located in the city of Dammam in the First Industrial District (Al-Modon) – by means of modern technology using Tadawulaty services

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services will be able to vote remotely on the items of the assembly, starting from 1 am on Sunday 01/06/1444 AH corresponding to 12/25/2022, until the end of the assembly time. Registration and voting in Tadawulaty services will be available free of charge to all shareholders using the below link
