Energy Minister: OPEC+ effort achieved a miracle during 2020, ‎we seek to be market regulators ‎

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy, confirmed that the collective effort of OPEC + achieved a miracle during 2020, adding that we seek in OPEC+ to be regulators of the markets and we are interested in reducing volatility.

He added that, in OPEC +, we were able to deal and coexist with changes, stressing the need to enhance confidence between countries.

Minister of Energy stated that OPEC+ operates according to a mechanism and a purely economic perspective, away from the political issue.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman indicated that global developments have proven the validity of OPEC Plus decisions

The Minister added: We have the ingredients to become the largest exporter of green and blue hydrogen, and the country is the largest beneficiary of the objective purchase of electricity.
