December 25 .. Saudi Re votes to elect members of BOD from among candidates for two newly created seats

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Reinsurance Company “Saudi Re” invited the honorable shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting which will be held virtually through means of modern technology scheduled on Sunday 25/12/2022.
General Assembly Meeting Agenda:
1. Vote to elect the members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates in the two newly created seats, starting from the date of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting on 25/12/2022 until the end of the current Board of Directors term on 10th May 2023.
It added that the shareholders registered in “Tadawulaty” services can vote on the items of the General Assembly starting from Wednesday to 21/12/2022 until the end of the General Assembly.
The eligibility for registering the attendance of the general assembly’s meeting ends upon the convenience of the general assembly’s meeting. eligibility for voting on the business of the meeting agenda ends upon the counting committee concludes counting the votes.
