CMA authorizes Malaa to practice securities business to ‎provide the automated advisor service

The Capital Market Authority announced that Malaa Financial Technology Company in the securities business has fulfilled the requirements to start practicing work with the permit granted to it according to the Authority’s Board decision on 04/20/2022 AD to experiment with financial technology to serve the automated advisor.

This comes in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424 AH and its implementing regulations and the instructions for permitting financial technology experimentation issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority.
